Booking and payment
A booking is final once the payment via Stripe has been received. Until then the date is not reserved. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before the shoot. Cancelling up to 7 days in advance gives a 50% refund; after that no refund is possible. If an outdoor shoot depends on good weather, we reschedule free of charge (not for portrait shoots).
Travel
Travel within Amsterdam is included. Beyond that I charge €0.15 per kilometre, settled afterwards.
Delivery
You receive a first preview within 48 hours and the full edited selection usually within 7 to 10 days (events: up to 14 days). Delivery is digital in high resolution. RAW files are not delivered.
Use of images
You may use your photos privately without limits. SharkVisuals may use images for portfolio and social media unless you tell me in advance that you'd rather not.
